Hi again,
Right now I am deciding on a Disneyland Hotel room only reservation versus a Disneyland Hotel package reservation. However I'm a bit confused about the cancellation policies. It seems a bit vague.
This is quoted on the website:
CANCELLATION POLICY: Changes to your arrival or departure dates are subject to availability and new room rates may apply. To cancel or modify an existing reservation, call (714) 520-5045.† Notification of cancellation must be received at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Any changes or cancellation will result in fees from $25 to the full cost of your stay. The cancellation and refund policy is subject to change
So does this mean that even if I cancel three or more days out, I could be out between $25.00 and the total price of my package? Does anyone here have any experience with cancelling or changing reservations and what the exact policies were? Is there any major difference between cancelling a room only versus a package deal? I'm easily confused at the moment. LOL
