I have a couple questions about Disneyland in October, as we plan on being there for 5 days at the end of that month.

Does Fantasmic still show?

Is the electric parade only on weekends, or does it run on week-nights as well?

TIA!~

If this year is like the past couple years there won't be Fantasmic, not even on the weekends.

I am not sure about DEP, but I believe it will be run only on weekends, if they have it at all.

We were there last October 12-16, and Fantasmic was showing Fri., Sat. and Sun. nights (Columbus Day weekend). By the way, the park was packed! We didn't think that Columbus Day would be an issue, as schools where we are don't have the day off, nor do LA schools, but little did we know that the state of Utah gets a four-day weekend (it seemed like the whole state was there) AND the CA state employees were off also. Even Monday and Tuesday were busy...so be sure to plan around the Columbus Day weekend! Also, the first weekend I believe is when the Haunted Mansion opens with the Holiday changeover, so that may draw some crowds as well. The electrical parade showed every night we were there, even the weeknights.

Have fun!

We went last year during Halloween and got to see the last show of the season, Saturday night November 2nd. We did the Dessert Buffet reserved seating and loved it. It is pricey but to me worth every penny.
