Is there room for a airbed?

Since the bed are doubles (?) and there are 3 of us going, I thought I would take the single size airbed to sleep in.

Is there anything special I can arrange for my daughter's birthday at the hotel?

Thanks - we are planning a trip at the beginning of may to be at DL on her birthday.

I was in a upper floor standard room last time I was there and I would say there is room for a twin size air mattress.
I thought the beds at the DLH were queen size? I think I remember them as queen size, my DH does not fit on a double bed, too tall.

As for the B-day, it was my DH B-day and I called the hotel and had balloons, chocolate strawberries and a gift all waiting in the room when we arrived.
They did a fabulous job, even gave him an autographed picture of the fab five and a big card. They have personnel shoppers that will do all this for you through the hotel. It cost me around $200 total, the gift made up $125 of the cost. I believe the shopping fee was around $25. If you only did food from room service there is no shopping fee.

Good Luck :wave2:

I ordered 2 Ears To You baskets (50th edition) for our upcoming trip and I can't wait to get there and have the girls see them! Each basket comes with 1 set of Golden Mickey ears, a 50th Golden autograph book, a Mickey pen and a Mickey treat, all for $30! For an additional $20, they went into the park for me and got both sets of ears embroidered AND got us 2 of the name badges (they did charge me $12.63 total for both the badges, but not an additional price for them going in the park). They have other baskets as well, look into that! I emailed my guy at vacay planning and asked him to include 2 autographed pictures for each girl as well and he had no problem doing that. They really go above and beyong!!

Forgot to add, that their standard rooms come with either 2 queen beds AND a daybed OR 1 king sized bed. Might want to get the king sized and then bring the air mattress for your daughter. But I agree, I don't think they have double beds. I have 4 separate reservations for use in the next 6 months and I never heard them mention a bed other than queens, daybed, and kings.

If your room does not have a daybed, you can get a rollaway for free. They have "too many to run out" (or so they told me) and the room is spacious enough to keep it set up the whole time. My daughter thinks the rollaways are more comfy than the daybeds. Also the daybeds probably wouldn't be long enough for a teen or adult but the rollaways are fine for taller people. The beds are queens or kings. Some of the king rooms are smaller however, but I doubt they'd put you in one with three people.

I ordered it through Vacation Planning through the DL Hotel. Was soooo amazingly smooth and simple!! I am *almost* in love with my planner, LOL. If you would like any more information about it, you can email me
