I opened two windows just to see, both were originally at over an hour. One is at 52 minutes now. I'll be happy to share it if it gets lower and people need it.

I know @Herding_Cats already responded but big no to this. You had already entered the queue waiting room, at 10 it randomizes and places you in line somewhere. By refreshing at 10 you would be leaving the waiting room and potentially placed at the end of the line, depending on when they open the queue.

Have to explain this because I've seen a lot of people complain that they entered the room *at 10* and ended up not getting registered, because they don't understand how the queue/waiting room works.

Like is it better to do it right when it becomes available at a random time of 9:43, 9:45, etc EST or it is just better to join as the global clock strikes 10:00am EST?

100% random as long as you get in before the queue opens (aka has an estimated wait). Been doing this long enough with enough screens, it's all luck and probably internet speed too! Definitely recommend getting in well before 10 to be safe. I go as soon as the first link is live, doesn't matter which race it's for as they all go to the same place.

out of curiosity, how does internet speed play a factor? Haven't been doing this long enough to get to know rD's systems that well!
