I'll admit, I'm a chicken when it comes to the TOT! But, I'll ride the swinging gondolas if anyone wants to join me.

I love that picture though! Too cute! Funny to know whether you prefer to hold the phone in your right hand or left hand.

Well that's good to know. CA is crazy expensive. I don't know how we managed to live there all those years, and on a single income!!

Are there plenty of jobs up there though? I know at one point we looked into moving to FL because the rent was so cheap! But when I researched the salaries, well, I could not believe how low they were.

What about hospitals? Any major ones?
I can do some Googling but it's nice to hear from those who are already there.

Tons of hospitals!! Dh has a couple of freinds that work at Western State.. the local loony bin.. as nurses, and I know they make DARN good money. Plus we have a few major trauma centers, and whatnot. They are always having things in the paper about nursing shortages, I THINK thats what you said your dh does, right? I dont think it would be any trouble at all finding some really good paying jobs doing that around here.

I did!! We were talking about the kid from Transformers.. Cute NOW.. But not so much on Even Stevens.. Plus, he was illegal.

I never did ride the swinging gondolas "of death" this trip. There was way too many people in line, and it was way too hot. And then there was the issue of my feet........

ive in Washington. I wonder what the cost of living is up there compared with other places like in CA? I'd love to live up there.

I tried a couple of things on the ladies trip that I hadn't tried before. 1 being a Dole Whip Float. It was good, but I like the Dole Whip better. I actually just tried the Dole Whip on my last trip to DL.

I also tried a Tigger's Tail. It was good but very sweet. Don't think I'll get one again though.

My favorite is still the Apple Pie Caramel Apple.

I've never had the Dole Whip Float. It doesn't look very good to me.

I have had the Tigger Tail because of all the rave reviews I heard on here, and then I hated it.

Maybe I need to add the Apple Pie Caramel Apple to my list. It sounds good.

No, he works in the pharmacy as a tech or he can work in Surgery as an anesthesia tech. Either one. But that's good to know there are lots of hospitals there. Thanks.

Can I just say--I LOVE Wicked too and there's nothing better than going with girlfriends! (I also know the door to go out after the show to get autographs from some of the cast members if anyone wants to) . . . .by the secret bathroom--yep, they have one too!

I would LOVE to see Wicked with the ladies! I have been so wanting to see it. I was thinking about getting tickets for dxh and I, but isn't really into that stuff, so it would be so much better to go with girls and leave him home with dd.
