If you have a number of questions yourself just start a new thread for each one and I'm sure you'll have lots of friendly people jumping in to help :goodvibes

I assume the service is available from most tour operators, we went with Leger last time, which I booked myself and our next visit is with Cresta through travel agents - but I've seen it mentioned in other brochures as well - Thomson, Thomas Cook etc.

We booked with Bridge (part of the Cresta and Paris Travel Service group) and they also mention it in their brochure - I assume (HOPE) it is the same service. Last time we booked with Leisure Direct and it was not available to us (we were one a very few train passengers that were not on the list:( )

Ooo look at me digging up an old topic lol..

Anyway, we booked direct through Disney so we've got this..

I remember a few years ago and have seen it mention that when you get the train from Waterloo you 'check in'(get your tickets) at the station rather than on board..

Now I know the answer to what I am about to ask will be plainly obvious when I get there, but I'm not one to notice the plainly obvious (more often I notice the obscure and unhelpful stuff).

Soo first of all is this right? Second where is this desk? And errmm I'm sure more questions will arrive...

Hmmm... could do with a step by step guide :lmao:

Once you have passed through check in and passport control you will enter the 'Waiting area' and see a couple of cafe type places, W H Smiths, etc. As you pass through this area, look to your right and you will see the Disneyland Express stand over by the windows. You check in with the staff there and they give you tags for your luggage, plus your park tickets.

Don't worry if there isn't time, they pass through on the train anyway, so you can always check in there.

Then, at the other end, you go upstairs (which is necessary to leave the station anyway) and there is a luggage place round to your left. Throw your luggage at the staff there (they will give you the stubs off the tags as a receipt) then run as fast as your legs can carry you - straight into the park :yay: :yay: :yay:

Yes, they do! Each time we have been there has been a CM come through the carriages looking for people whose paperwork he is still in possession of!
