Disneyland EE and Height requirements

Have searched and can't find how early EE is at Disneyland? Also can't find height requirements for Disneyland rides. Any info will be extremely appreciated!

Ran to the Library and picked up Birnbaum's Disneyland guide and they have info on EE and height restrictions.
