I weighed in yesterday and I was up 0.8lbs. I didn't worry too much about it because we had salty foods throughout the weekend so I'm sure I was a bit bloated.
This week, I hit the ground running. Monday I ate healthy and drank my water. Today I got my exercise out of the way by going in the morning with my friend, Nicole from WW. I'm really disappointed that it's taken me forever and I have yet to reach a 10lb loss but I know it's because I have not exercised in the past few weeks like I was doing in the month of February. It all started to fall apart the week of our trip and I just never picked up the slack afterward.
I do notice that Nicole is 100% determined and focused while I'm taking the "scenic route" and getting lost but I am under a lot of pressure at school this semester so I'm getting distracted.
I'm excited for summer break because although I will be taking 1 - 2 classes at my local community college, it will not be as hectic as it is here.
I plan on doing two-a-day workouts in the summer to get the most out of my summer break and to get smaller, faster. Thankfully we have a lot of barbecues at my aunt's house during the summer because they have a pool and she lets me come over as often as I want to use the pool.

I won't have a gym membership so it will be my responsibility to get out of the house early in the morning before it's 100+ degrees to exercise and walk the dog. I'm hoping to re-learn how to ride a bike so Jingles and I can go on the trails. She's a super work out buddy because she isn't yanking on her leash but rather keeps up to your pace, well she's faster than me so I have to keep up to hers

but that is only benefiting me.
Sorry for my blog but it helps to write all these things out and "talk" with you ladies. If I don't, my head is just overrun with thoughts and I can't concentrate on whatever task is at hand.
thank you all for being so supportive and encouraging!
