Not going anywhere tonight, I have a migraine and feel nauseous 

I knew you would get there soon! I know you were getting frustrated for awhile but if you just keep at it the loss shows up all of a sudden and makes up for it.Oh Deb

Did a 2.5 mile walk today, wish I could have done more, but I didn't have the time.
It's been a really tough day for me emotionally and now I'm ready to hide under the covers.
I hope everyone had a happy and healthy day.![]()

Yeah, I know, for some reason it's been a rough road lately. But I don't want to be a downer. It'll happen. The good news is I'm not giving up.Beth, I totally identify with the "eating great until evening" thing. You've lost so much, you must have figured out how to beat that! Hey Wendy, when you do a one mile fast walk how long does it take you? I am doing the Disneyland 1/2 Marathon (13.1 miles) in September and the minimum pace is a 16 minute mile. I have no idea how fast or slow that is. I haven't started training yet, not good I know, but my plan is to start on Monday.
Guess who is down 10 pounds. Me!!!!! I weighed myself this morning, and I am down another pound this week. It seems like a pattern now. One pound per week. I'm hoping to keep it up and be 15 pounds lighter by the time I see you all in 4 weeks!

And I noticed on my drivers license from when we first moved here, it lists my weight as 280!!!I'd forgotten I'd been up that high after first moving here in '07.
So no matter what, at 226 at least I have made great leaps and bounds from that weight. I just need to remember that part and not beat myself up so much.
