Sounds like we are all getting back on track. I'm just starting to worry about all the holiday stuff coming up. I was at a meeting yesterday and they had a bowl full of snack sized milky way bars and starburst. Two hours I sat and looked at the bowl. I almost caved a couple of times but in our WW at work meeting we have joined the "NHCC" (the no Holloween candy club).
The rules
- No purchasing or eating any Halloween candy until Oct 30.
- Can eat Halloween candy for 5 minutes on Halloween only
- No purchasing any Halloween candy after the 31st
The question that always comes up is NO you cannot pre-unwrap the candy before the 5 minute window opens.
Anways, that is the only thing that stopped me from diving into the candy bowl. It was a LONG two hour meeting discussing legal regulations and I would have loved the sugar rush to keep me awake.

Good Morning ladies...
Been a bit busy lately hence not posting... Tho I didn't chicken out on weigh in... I'm down 1.6 lbs... I'm at 190.8 which mean I am going to try my darndest not to cheat this weekend so I can get into the 180s!!!Anywho I fit into a size 18 jeans this week which for me is huge since I've not been that size since high school!! Anywho I hope the scales are as good you this week

Great job of getting back on track and doing the food journaling. It is such a pain, but it really helps, so way to go on that!!!!As for me, well I'm a no gain no loss. Which is OK with me, considering I was up earlier this week. I think I've gotten back on track with my food journaling and eating.

Ok, normally I don't log in at work (unless its during lunch) but I just had to share. I went to the mall today with a friend at lunch because she wanted to get a pair of jeans (she's a lifetime WW member and size 6). Well we walk into the regular misses department (NOT the WOMAN'S = plus size section) do they call it the Misses department don't know never been there to shop for myself before. I thought what the heck, let me see if I can fit into a regular pair of 16 pants...

I almost broke down and cried in the dressing room. Now if I weren't a "short" I would have bought those pants (even though we are only buying essentials these days) but they were about 4" too long. Thanks for all the support I've received on these boards, I really think being able to talk out my bad (and good) days has helped me keep with it this time.
Ok, got to get back to work. See you all tonight (going to hit the gym first).

So, I have been FEELING different lately. I feel....taller. I know it doesn't make much sense, but I think it is from getting some of the weight off. I feel slimmer through my torso. I have officially lost 30 lbs since my birthday in July less than 3 months ago! I am down 60 since the day before I gave birth to my daughter in late June! Things are going really well. I didn't go to the gym at work tonight because a coworker was annoying me and I just had to get out of there, but I went home and picked up my housethen I went to my moms and she and the kids and I went for a walk/jog...felt like such a good mom encouraging my son to get exercise in a fun way and together as a family! DH and I are planning on working out tonight as well. I have had 6 1/2 bottles of water today and still have 19 of my WW points left for the night. (DH is bringing home taco bell...totally within my points!)
I just had to share how I am feeling and my accomplishments. I am really proud of myself and I know that part of the reason I am where I am is because of all of you! Thank you so much for being there!![]()
