Disneyland Divas working out, getting healthy, and looking fine in '09!!

Well, I am down this week. Last Friday I was at 227.8 and today I am at 223.8 for a loss of exactly 4 pounds. :) I'll take it. :rotfl:

Congrats on the weight loss! I'm sorry you hate work. It's hard to have to do something everyday that you dislike so much, but since you know how it makes you feel, all the more reason to find things other then food that will work to counteract the way work makes you feel.
Little treats like a manicure, or new book. Things like that will boost your spirits without adding calories. :)

Thanks!!! I definitely need to start reading more... I started Peter Pan (because I've never read it) last weekend and haven't read it since last Saturday lol... I did have a success today tho! My work was buying lunch for us and I turned it down to have my soup :) Go me!! :cheer2:

I'm pretty sure I gained this week, but I don't weigh in until tomorrow. It just hasn't been a good week. TOM hit and hit hard this week. I didn't binge, at least I don't think so. I exercised Tuesday (45 minutes) walking the dog, Wednesday at Disneyland (didn't eat junk either), and walked the dog for 1 hour and 15 minutes today.

Ugh, I'm tired.
 

I'm pretty sure I gained this week, but I don't weigh in until tomorrow. It just hasn't been a good week. TOM hit and hit hard this week. I didn't binge, at least I don't think so. At least you didn't binge and didn't eat junk at DL!!! Be happy for your accomplishments even if you don't lose... :hug:

Yeah, really...where is January lately, I have been missing her!

Oh, and I just did the BL cardio work out max week 1-2 and I can't stand. Couldn't do the whole work out but kept it playing and kept trying to get up and do what I could. I had absolutely no idea I was in THAT bad of shape! Goodness! My DH did it with me which was great! He was sweating and having as hard a time as I was. Hopefully this will help his weight loss efforts. Dr. said he needed to lose weight but he has only lost about 5 lbs in the same amount of time that I have lost 23. I think his body needs exercise to start shedding the lbs. Here's crossing the fingers! We have a date to do the cardio again tomorrow night. Our goal is to do as much as we can and at least be upright through the whole work out!

I have that dvd and have only done it once LOL... I lasted 20 minutes total LOL!
 
Sarah, that's great you and your DH can work out together. It helps to have someone there to keep you moving.

Hub won't work out... LOL... he can't afford to lose the calories... He's 6'2 and 145 lbs wet... LOL!

WOOHOO!!! Grats!!! The same thing happened to me too! I went to Chipotle Thursday night for dinner and Red Robin last night and I lost today too!!!

I put myself up to the challenge of not cheating this weekend! I am doing well!!! I went out for subway yesterday and had a salad... Went to sis in-laws for the evening and brought my own diet soda, water bottle (to refill) and snacks.... I didn't even eat all the snacks I budgeted for... We brought dinner so I was able to count my calories there... I may just succeed and get to my goal for the week! :dance3:
