Disneyland dining menu?

Does anyone know the tread or address about the dining in disneyland that has all the prices and what they have for every food place. i have been searching and cant find it anymore. thanks

All that info used to be available on Mickey Extreme too, but I haven't looked it up in a while. Check it out and see what you find.
