I will be doing our update later today as I am running a half marathon this morning. It's going to be a hot, slow one but when I am done I will be a Half Fanantic.
Yesterday was 97 minutes of running and walking for a total of 287/1000. We will have a lot of color changing going on later today.![]()

It's been a rough week, so I only have 45 minutes of cardio to report. I had a very sick dog who is finely doing better after a night at the emergency vet on Friday.

I accumulated a total of 133 minutes this weekend. I was hoping to board Space Mountain, but it looks like I'll be "in line" for a bit longer.
