I know they have no obligation. But they don’t seem to care enough to make exceptions for some unique issues that were nobody’s “fault” due to covid, expiration and the reservation system. The last person I talked to on the phone told me to just come because they probably wouldn’t have a reservation system by then.![]()
Well, that last part would be amazing! LOL. Maybe that lawsuit spooked them.
Your entire problem revolves around the fact that you purchased tickets from LMTC, which is a terrible company with a terrible reputation.THEY are the ones who you should direct your anger to. Disneyland really cannot help once you have purchased tickets from a 3rd party reseller.
I'm really sorry you are dealing with this whole issue. At this point, I would honestly dispute the purchase with my credit card. You paid for a good that you have not received. End of story.
