Disneyland After Dark 2023

I was on the special ticket event page before 9am and refreshed around 9:10am and no waiting room , no queue and purchase Princess Nite ticket for March 7th for myself :)

Easiest special event ticket purchase ever.

So we decided to go ahead and buy tickets for the princess nite…. We’ll nap the 6 year old and hope we can get 2 hours out of her, and then she can sleep in the stroller. I logged on at 9:01am and was buying tickets before 9:30. We’re going Tuesday night because the tickets were cheaper than Thursday.

I’m excited!

See you there!!!!

I'm still trying to decide if we should go to Princess nite or hold off, on the chance they announce Star Wars nite later. At this point it seems like wishful thinking, though. My 12yo and surprisingly even my 16 yo think the Princess Nite sounds fun.

One question… are adults allowed to dress up since it’s a special event, similar to OBB?

I wanted to do Star Wars nite as well…. Everyone who went last year said it was amazing.

It was so awesome. I took my 11yo DD and we spent the night at DLH. We stayed at the Star Wars event until around midnight. I started saving up for this year as soon as we got back!

I had a blast last year at Star Wars Nite , Villains Nite and Grad Nite Reunion.

Star Wars had so much great food options ,and a favorite memory was with friends/coworkers and they didn't know I was coming or got a ticket so was texting one friend while trying to surprise the other. Snuck up on them before Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln , was priceless.

Also we were in line for the Magic Key special buttons near Pixie Hollow when the Star Wars fireworks went off , so we had the BEST view of them too without trying.

Villains Nite was simply amazing. The Bald Eagle Club performances at Paradise Gardens was a huge highlight. Also getting my picture with Yzma and Sheriff of Nottingham and Prince John was so fun too.

I'm the type who likes to try new events so why I opted for Princess and Sweethearts isn't my "thing" , I don't acknowledge Valentine's Day , etc lol.
I'm turning 45 next July and going solo to this ;)
Now to plan an actual outfit !

I will be going to Princess Nite on March 9th! I'm pretty excited. If Star Wars Nite does happen I will also try to go to that as well. I'm interested to see how this goes, I feel like after hour events at Disneyland tend to be better. I don't consider OBB to be part of that group since its a holiday event. Villains Nite was a watered down version of OBB. I'm hoping that maybe Mickey and Friends will be dressed up in Princess atire (like Daisy, Minnie, etc) we will see. :)

Yay have fun !

Why are they so much stingier than the WDW after hours parties? No snacks/ice creams/drinks included with the price.

Why give out food for free when you can make cheap themed items and sell them for big profits?

If we go I'm going to be Aurora in the "Make it pink-make it blue" dress. I'll also have something to do with merryweather, she's my favorite fairy.
Is your dress full-length? I want to wear the dress in my profile picture, but it says no full-length gowns. They don't enforce that at WDW but I don't know if they are strict at DL.
