Disneyland - 1 day only - next Friday.

A friend will be at Disneyland next Friday. What will the crowds be like? Do you need a touring plan this time of year? What recommendations do you have? I know it'll be 2 adults and 1 teen - there might be a six year old along too but I'm not sure.

Is there a site for checking out show times etc?

It should be nice right now-not too busy. You shouldn't need a plan. You can check out the hours and showtimes at www.disneyland.com.

This Crowd Pattern guide indicates crowds should be quite low.

Here's the Schedule for Friday September 16

Crowds will build up on a Fridasy, especially in the late afternoon, so I'd be getting there as soon as the park opened and trying do the most popular rides like Space Mountain, Buzz Light year, Splash Mountain and Indiana Jones before crowds build up (or getting fast passes for these rides). I'd also be doing Peter Pan early as this has big crowds and no Fast Pass.

I'd probably head over to DCA in the middle of the day and collect fast passes for California Soarin while I did Grizzly River Run and Tower Of Terror. I'd ignore most of the other rides in DCA, apart from Bugs Life.

I'd then head back to DL in time for the parade and fireworks.
