What you can do is start a yes group thread. There are a few floating around the boards now. Not sure what the dates are but I think it was on the family board.

Oh--would that mean that if we're part of a group then we don't need to wait for the Open Enrollment days? OK, off to find some of those threads now!

Yes. You just create a group with other disers.

Sandy it wouldn't hurt to ask them at check in if they can add your tickets to the card. Thats what I plan to do. (just don't become one of "those" people if they say no.)

Got my Y.E.S tix by FedEx yesterday!

They are the paper-type tickets and they have a range of valid dates printed on the back (ranging from a week before our stated arrival date to a week after our stated departure date...in our situation this gives us almost a month of valid dates).

The are all labelled as "YOUTH" tickets, but it is my understanding that this means that they are part of the youth program and that there will be no problem with their acceptance at the turnstyles.

We are enrolled for the Physics of Motion class to be held at the Magic Kingdom (7:15am-10:15am). We meet at the TTC. I guess we get to enter the MK an hour and a half before rope drop. This will be so cool! And we'll only miss out on one hour of park time.

We were originally planning to only get base 5-day MYW tix. But with this program, we upgraded to premium 5-day MYW tix (park hopping AND water parks) and still saved almost $400 over the base ticket price!

You are welcome. I keep all of our tickets, and just hand them out randomly at the turnstyles. They aren't linked to the person, so it is quick and painless. It makes it easy for the fp's, too.

Since there are no finger scans with this is goes quicker. Unfortunately, my DD had to always get the Minnie ticket (even though it did not matter to Disney it did to her)

I just kept them all in the pouch on my pin lanyard. Same place I stick fastpasses. (Now that is what you need a workout for- those pin lanyards!)

Where did you hear this? I just emailed them and the response was that as an AP holders, I had to pay full price, including a day's admission, to participate in the class.

I think thats what they meant, the "fee" for the class is built into the ticket and costs about that amount of money, which I also heard.

Hi again. Just checking in to see if anyone is thinking about classes on any date from July 11 thru 19. I would hate to sign my kids up for classes and them have the class cancelled because of insufficient enrollment.

Thanks for the thread, OP! I called today and spoke with Amanda--she was very helpful. She said we could get 9-day tickets, just put "would like 9 days premium tickets" in the comment section when ordering online and 'order' 7 day tickets. Someone from team ticketing will call me to verify the price.


Now I have to decide which class. We are most interested in Captivating Moments: Images with Impact. It's fairly new, I guess. Of course, it's on the worst day possible. Now I've got to decide....

Anyone do the Career Discovery class? I have a 13yo and a 16 yo (she will have just completed 10th grade).

Ideally, we'd do the Keepers of the Kingdom at AK, but DS is not 10th grade.

On 9-day tickets, this saves our family of 4 ~$200. We hadn't planned on getting PH or WP&M, so that's an even greater deal!

Now they've changed the park hours for that day so instead of getting in early we'll be late Also they have not notified us if we've gotten the class or not, how long before do they do that? I haven't told my girls yet about the class 'cause I'm afraid they won't have enough people to do it.

I hope so, they said even if class cancels tix are good. I really hope our class is on as we'd be very disappointed

My daughter is taking that class, we signed for it. I am going with her to the class. We got our tickets in the mail about 3 weeks ago. See you there. We are staying at the Polynesian. She is going to 3 of the classes.
Is anyone taking the La Nouba class on June 16th?

How long does it take for the tickets to arrive?? We leave in 18 days and ordered tickets at the beginning of May 2010. Once we have them in hand, I may be able to breath a little better.
