The "no" just means they have not charged your CC yet. They will not charge your CC until your tickets ship out. Once you see your CC has been charged your tickets will ship out very soon after. Once my CC was charged the tickets were mailed out the next day.

Do you get a e-mail when they charges your credit card? I need a receipt showing my credit card was charged. How would I get this. I got the confirmation today but ir says "no" as far as crging my credit card also.
Thanks,
pammyPoppins

They say you are suppose to but I never did. I would suggest once you see the charge on your cc if you do not receive a confirmation email soon after to just call them and I am sure they can email or fax you a receipt. They are very accommodating. :thumbsup2

Does anyone know if there is a maximum number of days between your arrival date and your departure date that is allowed when ordering YES program tix? We are travelling May-June, leaving the day after the program begins. I ordered 7 day premium hopper passes and want to make sure we won't have any problems visiting parks in May and June... This is BETTER than MYW tix if you don't plan to visit each day over an extended time period!!! Normal MYW tix expire 14 days from first use. With a 3 week trip, non-expiring tix are the only traditional ticket option for that length of time (without going to an AP).

Aren't the tickets available/Valid 7 days BEFORE and then 7 Days AFTER your departure date? :confused3 Not sure I am following you though......

From what I read, yes, I believe they are valid 7 days before and 7 days after. I just didn't know if there was a limit to the number of days between your arrival and departure dates. We have a 3 week trip, but only 7 day hopper. We will use 6 days in the first week and the remaining day in the last week. I wanted to make sure we wouldn't have a problem with about 10 days between the 6th and 7th days.

Like all MYW tickets they are only valid for 14 days from the the first day you use them. If the last day you want to use your tickets is more than 14 days from the first day you use them, they will be expired.

Our YES tickets will be at the Will call window but I remember reading somewhere that the will call window is only open from 8:00 until 2:00 pm. Is this correct? We don't get in the day before our class until after 2:00.
Thanks,
PammyPoppins

That's what I was afraid of. Since you can't add the dining plan to these tickets, I assumed they were not MYW tix, and not subject to that normal 14 day rule. Does anyone have their tickets on-hand and know for sure if that is true? Or, can anyone direct me to the email address for Sarah that has been so helpful to everyone here?

You know what? That's what I was told when I bought mine in January, and I didn't question it because we were only going to be there for 10 days anyway. However, I just looked at the back of my tickets and they do not say anything about the 14 day expiration, anywhere. Here's what they say:

Nontransferable. Must be used by the same person on any and all days. Disney is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Parks, attrractions or entertainment may change operating hours; close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be discontinured without notice and without liability to the owners of the Walt Disney World Resort. Ticket and Ticket Tag biometric confirmation required for entry. Not valid for special events or premium events or other activities which are separately priced or for any park commencing operations after May 1, 1998. 10 DAY PK HPR W/10 FUN VISITS - YOUTH

I also checked the description on the YES programs site. It says this:

Registration Fees and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. This program is limited to Domestic U.S. youths only. Specially-priced Theme Park tickets must be reserved in advance (a minimum of 7 business days), and are valid 7 days prior to arrival until 7 days after main departure date. I believe the will call at DTD is open until like 11PM or something.

the Group window at DTD is open until 6pm, I believe.
(We need to pick up at the "Group" window, I'm not sure if that's the same thing as the "will-call" window...:confused3)

I am glad you brought this up. I looked at the website again and the DTD Group window is open 9 - 5PM.

I was under the understanding that the tickets were good 7 days before the program you registered for through 7 days after the program.

When you purchase tickets, you put in your arrival and departure dates. The tickets are valid 7 days prior and 7 days after those dates. I assume they give you the extra days in case your travel plans change. These are not MYW tickets, they can not be upgraded or changed. The valid dates are printed on the ticket.

I just got my CC charged for the program :goodvibes It took 11 days after I made the purchase. Good to know that I have tickets and things are OK.

Many thanks to OP. This allows us to go to WDW and also gets DDs some information on the oceans, which they love. Looking forward to a great time :cool1:

Any feedback on these classes? I have a 7,9, and three 12 year olds to pick classes for.

Disney's Wild by Nature: 2nd — 9th grade
The American Story: 3rd — 12th grade
Millennium Cultures: 4th — 9th grade
Disney's Production Arts & Sciences: 6th — 10th grade
Disney's Animation Magic: 3rd — 12th grade

My 7 yo did Wild By Nature and she liked it a lot. It is very slow paced, and I can't imagine a 12 yo would like it, it would probably be too slow. Mine liked it because we went to The World with 5 other people and this was true Mommy Daughter time for her! Have a great time!

So what happens if you schedule your class, pay for the tickets and then you have to cancel your trip? The tickets are good for a certain amount of time before and after your class, right? So do you lose your money on the tickets?

Just trying to decide. I am thinking of signing my 15yo DS up for the Keepers of the Kingdom class on June 17.

Does anyone know how long it takes for your tickets to be mailed/received? I ordered mine last weekend, saw the charge hit my CC on Sunday and have not yet received them. Do they come standard mail or thru FedEx? I am nervous that someone will intercept them!
