Disney YES Program Open to non-groups

I wanted to sign my DD up for the Synergy in Science class on June 14th. Sunday it was open and on Tuesday when I went to register it was closed, so we went for the Everyday Chemistry which is the only class still available on the 14th. I am glad we got in to the class and she will still enjoy it but the other class was her first pick. Do they send tracking info when they ship the tickets or do I just have to be looking out for FedEx?

I didn't get a shipping notice and my $1500 worth of tickets were left on my porch in a fedex envelope. I don't know if you can call fedex and tell them to hold the package or not.

I wonder if people should let the YES people know about the ticket delivery issue? I think they should make it where you have to sign for the tickets.

I understand your position. I never did hear back today and got antsy wanting to book the tickets so I just went ahead and booked dd for the class, and next year ds can have his turn. Maybe the poor kid will have to ride rides all morning

I am so completely excited about this savings and the class for dd!! She really loved the idea! I just hope it gets enough participants that they don't cancel it! They just need 10 to run a class correct?

Poor kid! Going on rides and having quality time!

Does anyone know if they offer individual programs at the begging of Jan.? We are considering planning a trip the first or second week of Jan. 2012. Basically, I am thinking about running the Dis marathon on the 1/8/12. I would like to match it up so I can run the marathon and my son can have a YES experience, and so we can get the steep discount on the tickets. Its too late to check what the Jan 2011 schedule looked like and too early to check the Jan 2012 schedule. Anyone have a clue about what it might look like?

Our tickets arrived yesterday. I was surprised that nobody had to sign for the package. You would think paying an extra $10 for shipping that they would require a signature. Luckily I knew they were being delivered yesterday because FedEx called trying to tell me we had an invalid address. We changed our street name about a year ago. My new husband had originally named their private drive after his (now) x-wife .. nice not to have to look at her name in big bold letters everytime I turn into our driveway .. but it makes for confusion when receiving packages.

So excited that we have tickets in hand ... just hope that enough sign up for the class at Epcot on 8/29

Glad I did mine as will call. We will arrive late on Sunday night and have a BK ressie at CM on Monday morning. I set it up to pick up at the TTC on Monday. Figured it was one less thing to pack and loose! Got my confirmation email today!

My credit card was charged for our tickets on 3/10, one week ago, and I have not received the package yet. Should I be worried yet? How long do you think it should take for me to receive them? I even checked around outside to make sure I didnt miss them.

I don't know when your summers are but I was told late April/ early May. Still has not stopped me from checking the site twice a day. Did you see that they changed the site? It now says reg. coming soon in red. Guess I was pressing the sign up button to much. I couldn't have been the only one?

I would worry yet - it took 3 weeks from the day I was charged to get the tickets at my house.

Had to laugh at this! You're probably right! I can only imagine how many calls/emails they're getting and they're always so nice about giving the info. And I "never" check the sign up button over and over, yeah right!
