are there any groups going in december since there might not be individual programs?

I sign my son up for a class in Sept, and I just notice we arrive on a Sat. Since they don't mail out the tickets anymore, can we pick them up on Sat?

Copied & Pasted from the email confirmation for our October class:

Your tickets may be picked up at the following locations: Epcot®, Disney's Hollywood Studios™, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park or the Ticket and Transportation Center at the Magic Kingdom® Park.

Upon arrival you can pick up your Will Call ticket order by presenting your confirmation number, along with your valid photo ID.

So, yes, you should be able to pick them up on Saturday at a ticket window during business hours (I'm not sure of the hours.)

Does anyone have phone contact info for someone at YES who can assist with individual enrollment classes?
I contacted them by email and got a response pretty quickly, but after my last email, I haven't heard back for awhile, so thought I'd call them if I don't get a reply this afternoon.

There is a 407 phone number for ConventionPlus at the bottom of the YES registration page. Is this the correct number to call to inquire if more sessions will be added for October? I left a message but no reply yet.

I don't think so. I think ConventionPlus is a 3rd party that processes the registrations. Here is the number that I have used several times: 888-779-1757 x1

If I take my 13-year-old niece to WDW and enroll her in an individual class, will I be eligible to buy discounted tickets? Her parents would not be coming.

Got a call from Dave Lehman today in response to my mail asking to switch from 3day to 4 day tickets. He had me re-enroll in the classes and said he will refund my orignal order. :thumbsup2
GREAT customer service, very prompt.

Just an fyi, I have a 6 yr old and a 4 yr old. My husband and I were able to purchase tickets for all 4 of us even though my husband and 4 year old will not be attending the class. Hope this helps someone else, because I was confused before we ordered.:thumbsup2

I have tried looking through the thread but couldn't find the answer to my question. Is there a way to take advantage of the YES discounted tickets and the free dining? TIA.

Not unless you book with free dining and save those tickets for future visit since the dont expire till you start using them. You must purchase 3 day tickets through YES to do a YES class and you must purchase some kind of package to get free dining. they can not combine the two

No. When free dining is offered, it requires that you book a vacation package, which includes your room at full rack rate and tickets at regular list price.

Maybe not an option for a lot of us who are trying to vacation on a budget, but if you visit Disney regularly, it might make sense to do a free dining package, buy tickets through the YES program, and just save the tickets that come with the package for your next trip.

You beat me to it!

I have a question to which I could not find the answer in previous posts.

I purchased the tickets last year, and they were a wonderful value, and the class on animation was fantastic.

My question is what would happen if you have a family emergency and would have to cancel your trip?

Would you be able to still use your tickets on another day and reschedule your class, or would you lose all of your money for the purchase price?

Thanks,

Connie

From what I understand and have read on YES site, the tickets are non-refundable & non-transferrable. I don't know how it would work if you purchased trip insurance for your vacation, maybe trip insurance could perhaps, include covering you for tickets purchased ?

It's best to give a call or email to YES group and ask what the situation is if there is a family emergency & you need to cancel your entire trip, they are the best source for an answer.

Good luck & hope you'll post back what you find out :goodvibes

Does anyone know if I can use a Disney gift card to purchase the tickets through the YES program? We have a Disney Chase credit card and have been saving up points to buy our tickets. I'm wanting to enroll one of my kids in a program during October and would love the use our points to purchase the tickets.

I'm pretty sure you *cannot* use a gift card (but don't know for sure), additionally someone mentioned their YES ticket purchase not being eligible for the free 0% for 6 months on disney vacation purchases.
