I tried to search this thread but couldn't find what I wanted. How far in advance of the class date can I pick up our YES tickets? There is a class on 8/23 that my DD can attend, but we will want to got o the parks before then.

I believe that it's 7 days before, but I'm not 100%.

Did you have a pick up date? I haven't ordered on the new system.

it is 7 days before the date you listed as your arrival and 7 days after you listed as departure. I was just looking for the list for the whole month of Oct and it gave me tickets good till November 11/6/11

FYI

E-mailed to see when summer 2012 programs will be released and was informed in Feb. 2012. Also, was informed that they would add me to there emailing list and send out updates on programs as they are released.

Hi I was wondering what the latest is on the number of tickets etc you can buy now. We already purchased our tickets for our August trip before all the changes came about. I was able to purchase 4 tickets total. We are a family of 5 but the youngest is an infant. So I was able to get a ticket for myself, my dh, our DD age 9 attending the class and ds age 4. Are they still allowing this or does anyone know for sure yet? The website is still very confusing.

No clue exactly how many you can by at once, but I will tell you this much. We are in the process of purchasing tickets 7 and 8 for my niece and nephew. In March or April I purchased 6 tickets... (Myself, DD9, DS11, DS3, and my parents). Since then, my parents expressed that they want to bring the niece7 and nephew4 with us as well. I was told that they can.... But its only because my parents are buying the tickets for them and count as immediate family. I can not buy them for them because I am their aunt. I guess you just have to make sure everyone is immediate family and possibly split your order up so that all children have an immediate adult family member buy their tickets.

I just received a response to my email inquiring about december dates. I was told no december or november sessions. Bummer! Does anyone know if they typically have dates in march?

I must be doing something incorrectly. I am not seeing the deep discount for the YES tickets. When I just went to the website, a 5 day Starter Ticket/non-hopper is offered @ 216.20. A child's 5 day ticket is offered @ disneyworld.com @ 214. :confused3 I know I have seen posts of people purchasing 5-8 day tickets more in the $150 range. Show me how I see the discounted tickets please!

I enrolled my children in 3 different classes in June. We have 4 children but the youngest one isn't old enough to participate. The first class I'm going to with my 10 yo and 13 yo. The 2nd class my DH is going with my 10 yo and 16 yo. The last class my 13 yo and 16 yo will be going by themselves. I believe the 1st class starts at 7:30. Is there anything set up for the family members who are there before park hoursbut not attending the class? Just trying to figure out what my DH and 2 other DC will be doing for 1 1/2 hours. . .

Not that I know of. If you're staying onsite, they can hang out at the resort, have a leisurely breakfast, go for a swim, etc. You could then meet up later, after the class is over, for lunch or whatever. :goodvibes

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately we will be staying offsite, guess he'll just have to drop us off and find a way to kill the time. Don't see my 4yo sitting patiently under a flagpole for 1 1/2 hrs. :D

Hi, While dh and DD(8) are in their class at EPCOT, myself and ds (2 almost 3) will be going to Hollywood Studios and taking in some sights. I just think that there is a bit more things for him to do while we wait. We are driving so I will drop them off at EPCOT, and we will go on our way. After they are done, dh said that him and dd will just take the monorail back to the hotel (BLT) and we will meet there later. If we weren't going to DHS, we would probably just hang out at the pool, or find the mall or something. :goodvibes

My 2 yr old and I are going to have breakfast at Akershus while the older kids do the class in Epcot:D

We sat near the akershush and people watched. I loved seeing all of the little princesses.:)

If the class is at Epcot or MK, you could ride the monorail, that could easily take 45 mins. Or plan an 8am character breakfast. That could be a special treat for him since he isn't getting to take a class. Another freebie, from MK would be to ride some of the ferries and water launches from the other resorts or TTC. By the way, there is a drop-off lane at each park if you wanted to take the class members and then leave (not park--and thus not pay for parking at that time).
