Can someone please tell me who I can call to upgrade my tickets. if this is possible? I bought 5 day premiums and want to upgrade to 8 day premium.
Also, I have two separate reservations ,one under my name and the other under my husbands. Can I call for both, or does he have to call?
That used to be common but they no longer allow it.
Has anyone joined together to form a group during the non-individual enrollment times? Does Disney allow it?
I was wondering that also. We are going in December and would of loved my grandchildren to attend a class. I really wish they would have classes when we are going.
How would they even know? What about scouting groups?
YES tickets can't be upgraded or changed.

If you haven't gotten your tickets yet, you can call and have them changed and pay the difference. Some people here have done it. Once they are issued, they are not upgradeable. We are leaving next Thursday and I plan to add water parks/DQ to the 2 tickets we didn't originally had that on. I know someone posted the phone number, so I'll go look.
So, the number is 407-472-4676. I called and Dave answered the phone. He was able to upgrade my hoppers to premium tickets. He said sometimes it is not possible to make changes closer to your arrival date, but we are arriving July 6th and he was able to do mine. BTW, I told him that he has a reputation for good customer service over on the Disboards and he was very humble that he's just doing his job. Gotta love a guy like that!
You know, this has me thinking. When I receive exemplary customer service, I like to make sure the manager/supervisor knows. Since I have gotten such great service from Dave, and I know other have too, how do you think we should let someone know that? I thanked D many times on the phone for helping us out, but wouldn't it be great if his boss knew too? I'm pretty sure he doesn't work for Disney, but a third party - any suggestions?

Newbie to YES program here-just learned about it.
Do they offer individual enrollment in May?
What time of day are the classes?
When do you know if a class will run? Did I read 2 weeks prior? so if it doesn't run, then you must buy regular priced park tickets?
So the prices listed include the YES program for child and 1 parent (child is 7) as well as park passes for child and both parents (immediate family)?
How hard is it to get into a program? It doesn't seem well advertised but I imagine it must be popular?
Several people here have reported recently that they called and were able to make changes. I think it just needs to be done prior to your arrival.
Really? That's good to know. I guess it depends on who you talk to when you call.

They want documentation of the group. We have friends who had a hard time getting Disney to recognize their legitimate, long-standing homeschool co-op as a group because they don't have any documents from a chartering organization (like a scout troop would) or other formal/official documentation, just a group website and Yahoo e-mail loop.
I guess I might be in luck as I'm a girl scout troop leader and several of my brownies would be going. I guess I'll call to confirm.
