Hope all goes well! Keep him hydrated too!
My oldest daughter had multiple painless ear infections - her gymnastics coach would let us know when she had one - she'd be doing back handsprings at an odd angle - and he'd even be able to tell us which ear, LOL!
She also ran out of antibiotics that would work, but she finally outgrew the infections, and has been infection free for 4 years now (she's 16, BTW)
Younger daughter is one of those people wired backwards for Benadryl as well. Makes her angry and mean! Coffee and sugar make her tired
I guess I should have given her coffee when she had the chicken pox at age 3? Giving her Benadryl was a last resort. I'd rather deal with an itchy kid than a psycho-mean kid. I even have it listed on her health form at school - no benadryl unless an emergency.

I know what you mean about the upset belly - the amoxocilin usualy cleans DSs belly right out -all bacteria is gone - good and bad. Be sure to put the yogurt right to him!
Good luck!!
She asked if he had been out of control and then I remembered that he bit his father last night.
She said that if we would have waited a few more days, he would have been running a fever and we probably would have ended up in an emergency room somewhere in Orlando.
DSo we left with some antibiotics (that I'm hoping don't upset his stomach) and the number to the ENT.
Hopefully by then the ear thing will be a little better. In the meantime, does anyone know any home remedies to at least take away some of the pain that my Superman 3 year old won't admit to having?
I konw how awful it is when your little one is hurting. I hope you have a great trip.
