Can you change or delete a park pass reservation once you have made it? I made a mistake and can't figure out how to go back and change it.

If you can get to My Plans, you can go to the park reservation in question and pull up its details. There's an option to Cancel the reservation on that following details page.

Chiming in with my own experience: I have an AP that now expires 4/10/2021. I was able to do the dining hack around 8am central (THANK YOU SO MUCH for the tip!!), and I got park reservations for all 7 days of my September trip. But my Disney Marathon trip in January is doing the whole " max days exceeded" or whatever. I was able to get to the park reservation screen again just 5 minutes ago, and I'm still getting the message. I have a 6-night resort reservation with a confirmation number for that weekend. So frustrating. I don't want to run a marathon and not be able to get into a park!!

So we are expected to make park ressies for next August?

Problem is it wont let me if I havent changed my dates yet from this year to next, but I cant make any modifications right now..

And, we are not able to make a new ressie for next year yet correct?

I go back and forth wondering how much does Disney want all their guests and to make money and how much do they hope some of us go away and it will be less problematic?!

She had no solution, she ended up saying that one of my parties, my niece, (who I booked/paid for in initial reservation, is staying in our room and on my package with all of us) has multiple other tix listed in her account besides the one associated with this reservation, Daveena said that my niece needs to call and let them know to use that particular ticket for September...????? Completely idiotic, the system wouldn't let me book any parks on any of our tickets. It was a waste of time for me to stay on chat with her

@penel3 How did you get to a chat??? I was on MDE briefly, before it went to a castle again, and couldn't find a chat option... Thank you for any advice...

So I get in past the orbit screen to the "Choose your party" screen. I select the party members for this trip and the Continue button doesn't do anything. It doesn't advance to the next screen, doesn't refresh the page, doesn't spin the cursor indicating it's trying to go to the next page.

This!!!! I am a developer too, and I can't believe they didn't unit test someone having multiple reservations! And the site crashing like this? I get there are a lot of people going on at once, but TicketMaster also has a lot of people flooding it when there is a big concert that just released tickets, and they don't have these kind of issues. It's just inexcusable.

What's the consensus on resort reservation holders who don't have tickets? Do we have to wait until June 28 to buy tickets to make reservations? What if our days are all books during our reserved stay? That'd be messed up.

Well it looks like something is broken now. Luckily, I got what we needed for October but now I’m trying to work on April and this is what’s coming up...

This is how I was able to get my FIRST reservation this morning. And then the system glitched and when i click on dining it takes me to either the castle screen or the millennium falcon or the space mountain screen. I have been on those screens for over an hour now. So that's not a sure-fire way to work-around the login. (I have already cleared my cache/cookies, so i HAD to re-log in after getting the 'no availability' screen for 2 hours on 4 different browsers.)

Waited for 55 minutes on the DVC line to talk to someone. After talking to her for a while she put me on hold to reach out to the MDE team. Back on hold I sit. Been 90 minutes on the phone so far.

I'll probably forget it 5 minutes after it is all resolved, but for now - I'm glad I'm not the only one - and glad to have a place to vent to! Anyone else would not even understand how much time I've already put in trying to get park days LOL

Yes!!! Lol no one really understands how much work this is cause I always book for us. Im feeling a little down cause it seems my problem cannot be fixed by them on the phone after multiple hours, I just have to wait for the bug patch by IT, so Im so glad to be on here and talk with all of you!!

Nope. Two adults.

On another note, it's always frustrating that it doesn't preemptively put people together in likely groups based on the confirmed people already in the system for hotel reservations. Fastpass, dining, Star Wars BG and now this - time wasted getting into the system to choose from a list of people that WDW already danged well knows are already tied together and (in the case of BG) already in the parks.

Although you can't make Park Pass reservations on the smartphone app, you can see as well as cancel existing Park Passes there, in the "My Plans" section. If you're also still in the Park Pass system on your browser, hopefully you should then be able to add the park you want.

They also could have avoided all this by having July guests call or get online now and for the next 48 hrs and then open it up for the August guests on Wednesday and so on and so on.
It makes no sense that we are all competing when we have vastly different times and dates and years!

Should I keep waiting on the castle screen or close out and keep trying to log in?

That's the only thing that worked for me - using google chrome. Also, it went to a blank screen after my orbit ordeal and stayed blank for awhile. I was reading on a split screen so let it sit and then suddenly I was in!

I was very tempted to close out the blank screen. I was also tempted to close out the pink castle and did several times. In retrospect I think this cost me extra time and I should have waited.

The orbit countdown - I'm sure this gave me the most stress.

Has anyone who had the AP limit glitch earlier been successful get pass the limit to do total length of stay? Yeah the fire alarm at my work is going off. Lucky it’s only a test. Still very annoying
