Mine did too, it's been on 0:00 for over 10 minutes now. I've entered the space time continuum.

I was able to clink a link "Make a Park Reservation". I'm in a queue for 9 minutes right now.

I actually see a "make a Disney Park Pass reservation" button on the park pass page. It just takes me to the orbit link though. It is blue and in the upper right

Finally got through and clicked the blue button to make a park pass reservation! I got the orbit! My suggestion - do NOT listen to the castle. Refresh, close browser, and try to get to MDE again.

Just refresh your reservation page underneath the My Disney Experience tab and it should take you to the orbit page with a new countdown
