Sorry about your mom's house that must be a terrible feeling being scared to go home 

Hi guys! Once again I'm sorry for the delay. Livy was super sick last week with strep and a sinus infection and then just when she started getting better my moms house was robbed so I have been spending lots of time with her cleaning up, getting all new door and window locks for the house and getting her car rekeyed and all of the other unfun tasks that go along with being robbed. This is the first time I have been on the DIS in about a week!I should have an update this week once things settle down. I'm headed back over there now since today was her first day back at work and she is scared to go home alone.

Glad you finally got some satisfaction out of the hotel situation. I have found the same thing in our travels. Most just dont care and do the least they have to in order to keep the customer happy.....not Disney though![]()
Oh no! What a rotten start to the day!! I can't believe how they were first going to handle this. We would've been out the door and standing at the front desk after that one. Well, maybe not if dh didn't have anything to wear!What a headache!! And then to return his stuff still damp? Geesh.. I'm glad the phone call seemed to help. Did they contact you again? Those pics were just icky!

No problem! I totally understand that sometimes life gets in the way of the things you want to doIve got 4 kids---my life is interupted constantly.

Wow! I can't believe that is the service that you got. I know that we all expect the "Disney treatment" and sometimes those expectations might be high, but that situation didn't even come close to what you would think. I'm glad that you were able to find someone to listen to you! The pictures of the a/c were pretty bad!
Wow!! I can't believe that happenedI think your Priceline hotels after that have been fine right?! It was nice seeing all of you last week! Before you know it, you'll be back!!!

wow on the hotel room. that is just plain gross. I would have been totally upset too and like you said, not so much about the money or refund as it is about the customer service attitude. And theirs was obviously to not give a crap at all. ugh! What an awful start to the day. I hope it got better from there!
