You know there used to be a time when mystery or surprise pins ruled the world, Disney World that is. It seems now the only way to get one of these hunks of mystery metal is if one is offered during a pin event. I would love to be bumbling around the parks one day then "Shazam" a mystery pin is sprung on me. Yeah I know there is a few out there who say "it's not fair to us" because they were unable to get one, but hey people in hell want ice water. Not everybody can be satisfied all the time. But I digress I would just like to see the mystery pins show up again, and if I get one fine if not that's fine too thats why there's EBAY (Yes I said it and the world still goes on) or here on the DIS where someone will have it for trade/sale.

And it's still Peanut Butter Jelly Time

Larry,

You are right! As far as I know, the last true "mystery pin" was the Tink that was released the morning of the Princess Ball. I call this one a "mystery pin" because it was not pre-announced. When we heard "the rumor" we dropped our forks at the breakfast and headed out into the pouring rain....it was lots of fun! Hope they do it again soon...like maybe a week from today as we arrive at the parks after the cruise?? Psst....Disney pin guys.....are you listening??:D

I'm kind of hoping they release one around June 1. :D

Gee I guess someone at Disney was listining. Within the last two days the Mickey and Minnie angel surprise pins were released (LE 1000) By the way since I now have Disney's ear do you have any suggestions I can pass on to the suits.

Okay, here's my suggestion - please pass onto Disney:

Release an LE Mystery Pin in a mystery state...hmmm...let's say...Connecticut... :D

Nononono ... they should release a mystery pin in Virginia, since we missed out on having the Disney Americana park here. :D

Woo Hoo!!! I was FINALLY there for a mystery pin release--and not just one but TWO!!! I managed to get both of them. What awesome luck.
