Disney Wonder - Sept 30 2010 3 Night Bahamas

Hey everyone.... How's it going? So, has everyone gotten their cruise docs now? Do we have everyone's room number?

It has been a LONGGGGGG day. Meeting from 10:30 to 5:00... YUCK... Then to come home and school fundraiser already starting.

But, fun weekend planned.... Hope everyone has a great one!

this sounds like Thelma and Louise......:rotfl:

Oh gosh! That isnt a pretty image! :lmao:
Who is Thelma and Louise?
I just checked the mail and.....my docs came today!!!!! I'm happy!!! :cool1: :cool1:

now I have to open them.....
HOORAY!!!!!:woohoo:
You guys make me laugh! I'm always up for a party at my house! Although I might not be able to afford to feed you anything other than top Roman because apparently I have to go to the Loft today and that always costs money. I am getting a hair cut at 2 and the Loft (Tustin Rebekah) is only about 5 mins from there).

Don't worry it won't cost much to feed me and I had top Roman for lunch.:thumbsup2

Not everyone. Still waiting... :surfweb:

For those of you visiting the world before the cruise, have you locked down your transportation to the port? We are still looking at the options and the expense.

I am curious if anyone would be open to sharing a van ride and splitting the costs.

I thought someone else mentioned it earlier. We're taking Dis Trans just because I thought it would be a nice experience for our first cruise.

Our room number is 6087. I think that puts us right in the mix of the party.

As far as getting to the port. we fly in the night before and I rented a car to go from airport to hotel to port. The cost of the car was $53 (plus gas) which is certainly cheaper than disney transport would have been. We drove it last time & it's an easy drive, plus this way we can stop & shop; I'm hoping we can carry everything on the plane so we may need to stop & buy sunscreen & the likes as well as I'd like to have some adult beverages for my room. I went through Budget (who have a drop off close to the port & an easy shuttle) and I used the code from Mousesavers (I can get it for you if you need it); cheaper to go direct than through Kayak.com and we didn't think we needed the experience (which is certainly a reason to go disney transport).

We are doing Disney transport, I didn't want to rent a car, so this was the cheapest way since it's just the 2 of us. :lovestruc
