I'd help too if I lived there... My hubby is a homebuilder and a cabinet maker... He'd help fix those cabinets right up.

DH (28) and me (29) wanna book this cruise kid free but were kinda scared of the oil, anyone else thinking by this time there will be oil in CC or the ocean will have a smell?
Im sure were going to book anyways as soon as my DH sells his vinylmations to cover the cost.
This will be our 1st cruise and we would be in cat 11.

You guys are sweet. There isnt any damage just a hole. I am not sure how that happened but all we need to do is move the cabinets, have him cut a hole in the drywall, fix the pipe, then have the drywall repatched and the cabinets put back in. I know the sink isn't THAT much and we needed to get a new one. I wish you guys could come on down too! We called the plumber to see if he could give us an estimate but he said he didnt know. I guess we will find out soon. Send some prayers! We wanna go! I told Victoria that we really needed to kick this up in high gear or else we might not be able to go. She offered her allowance!

I'm glad to hear the oil "probably" won't make it! I hope to meet all of you.

Disney vinylmations are PVC Mickey figures painted like other things and there are different series. They started March 09 and we bought the first 3 series and paid about $250 for them all. When my DH sells them we will make about 2k from them. Seems fitting that the $ we make should be spent on a Disney trip.

Hopefully he will list them this Sunday so we can book everything at once!!

I just received an e-mail from my travel agent about the final cruise payment. Now, the excitement is building again.

A week and a day until we can book excursions and make appointments. This is going to be the looooongest week.

Sorry to hear about pipe. Well, if misery loves company, you are not alone. Our oven caught fire and is toast (so to speak)! We have ordered a new one and I am using the grill as a make shift oven. Oh yeah, and reservations.

By the way, when you use a fire extinguisher, that checmial foam goes EVERYWHERE. It took us hours to clean all the rooms, furniture, walls, etc. The fire was small, but the clean-up was huge.

Good luck with your kitchen. I hope it all turns out better than you expect.

Oh no! That is AWFUL! I am glad no one was hurt. I had no idea about the fire extinguisher. You see them used in the movies and it is just a direct shot.

We called the plumber and he couldnt even give us an estimate. He said he would when he got in there, which really doesnt help! Maybe they use that as a tactic to keep you from shopping around. After drilling a hole in your wall and you can not use any water because it is shut off "Well ma'am. My estimate is going to be around $8,000. Too much? OK you can see if someone else will do it cheaper. I will just leave this here."

Isn't Victoria a doll? I told her to keep her allowance so now she is going around the neighborhood drumming up business! rofl I just write it off to payback for all of their kids knocking on our door for us to buy cookie dough for fund raisers

I haven't. I'm GTY and I was checking it today... It is a GTY category 9 (UGH), but it's free, and whose gonna live in the room anyway. Just don't like being on deck 1 or 2. May have to call about an upgrade.

I'm stalking my reservation website too. The other day it changed to not currently allowing room changes, so I was expecting a rm#, but still nada.

BTW, back in the day (before i had toddlers and still did community theatre costuming) I sewed straight through my fingernail with a sewing machine. But I was being really stupid. Eating a sandwich, sewing machines and watching t.v. Should be separate activities, I guess.
