So, did you have any success cleaning and packing? B/c I know you controlled yourself not to post.
Good God no! :rotfl2: My house is filithier than ever, nothing has been packed. Now I have to worry about moving the stuff from my courtyard into my house so it will be MORE mess. Top that off with the fact that the kids will be home tomorrow, which means NOTHING will get done. ;) It's pointless. :rotfl:

Okay, what is everyone packing for their males to wear to dinner? My husband just pointed out that I had only planned on packing on pair of long pants for him to wear to dinner. But if he's never going to wear the pants except for dinner, why pack more? Will you guys make fun of him if he wears the same pair of pants every night for like an hour? :rotfl2: He says he'll be embarrassed...but get this, he plans to make room for his extra pants by NOT packing our DD's princess dress. :furious: He just doesn't get it!

My DH will probably do the same thing. He doesn't have a variety of decent pants to wear to dinner (that aren't jeans) so he'll probably wear the same pants with different polo shirts every night. Tell your DH not to worry about it, nobody will be noticing if he has the same pants on. ;)

We have a tropical storm warning in our area. If we lose power, I will try to log on as soon as possible. (If you don't hear from me, you'll know why.) For anyone leaving before we catch up, have a safe journey! :grouphug:

BWAHAHAHAHAHA
(to quote Holly: SNICKERS AND HOLDS HER TONGUE) :lmao:

Last-Minute-Mary that I am, went out to find gas for my car and a couple of gas cans (in case, GOD forbid, we need to use our generator) and the first two stations I hit were totally out of gas. ) I finally found some at Sam's club, PHEW!

it never ceases to amaze me how friendly the people who are that work for disney. i had to call them today, and they're always so nice!

I know, I'm thankful!

now, do you have bread, milk and water!? :rotfl2:

it makes me think of whenever they're predicting snow up here. everyone goes crazy and you can't find milk or bread anywhere. and for some reason people have yet to learn how to function in the snow. you would think that we never get snow, but it snows EVERY YEAR!

We have tons of Spaghetti O's, bread, peanut butter, and three cases of water. Milk, doesn't sound too appealing if the power's out and it's 100 degrees. The generator will keep the fridge running but not much more (no a.c.) so milk's not high on my list. Now iced tea... THAT is something that I WILL HAVE TO HAVE or I'll go out of my mind! Luckily, I can boil water on the grill and steep some tea bags. Then, it's hope to He** someone is selling ice if we run out. :teeth:

hmmmm... i just took a survey as if i was a vacation club member... my parents are but i guess that doesn't really make me a member huh? :confused3 :lmao:

sounds like you're set! yeah, milk at 100 degrees would not be a good thing. it would go all sour and gross... EWWWIES. haha yeah, i'm just thinking of during winter here... that's why i picked out milk
