sounds like you're set! yeah, milk at 100 degrees would not be a good thing. it would go all sour and gross... EWWWIES. haha yeah, i'm just thinking of during winter here... that's why i picked out milk
We could keep the milk cold but even then, it doesn't sound appealing when we're all hot and gross. That's just me though, not a big milk person on a good day so this even sounds LESS appealing. :rotfl2: Now that we're all set I am hoping that we won't need ANY of it! pixiedust: :worship:

Harry Potter is awesome! :thumbsup2

I'm going to go see if I can lasso DD to bed. Since it's no longer a school night it won't be as easy as other nights.

I'll be back in a bit.... :wave2:

ooo good luck! getting kids to bed is the worst. i HATE bedtime when i'm babysitting

hahaha... everyone was cheering for snape, rowling says... you people never give up do you :rotfl:

and then they started cheering when she said what part she was going to read. and something about 'another famous hogwarts student' (riddle) and she said, there's no reason to be cheering that one :rotfl2:

Ooo...that reminds me of the one time I had to babysit 5 kids one night! (Oh yeah...it was crazy! :rotfl: ) But anyways...the one little boy just did NOT want to go to bed. I would put him in...and then he would hold on to me and not stay in his bed. Or I would get him in, and I'd walk toward the door, and he'd jump right out of his bed and head for his closet. Or one time I got him in bed, I was out the door, and it was closed...and then he came out! :rotfl: Hardest thing of my life. Hehe...but once he was finally asleep...I was reading HARRY POTTER! :rotfl2:

Didn't we ask that? Kerry thinks that it will be her, because she's leaving from her parents' home, which is pretty close to the port. I think. :teeth:

Honestly, I can't remember. I need to be reminded a couple more time before I actually remember some thing... I blame it on my kids for my condition. :rolleyes1

Okay, what is everyone packing for their males to wear to dinner? My husband just pointed out that I had only planned on packing on pair of long pants for him to wear to dinner. But if he's never going to wear the pants except for dinner, why pack more? Will you guys make fun of him if he wears the same pair of pants every night for like an hour? :rotfl2: He says he'll be embarrassed...but get this, he plans to make room for his extra pants by NOT packing our DD's princess dress. :furious: He just doesn't get it!

Explain to DH that other girls will be wearing their princess dresses to dinner as well. Lay on a guilt trip if that works. I'll be packing our girls dresses and hopefully they'll fit in the space bag. I've been contemplating wearing the same blouse to Palo for brunch and dinner. Will the staff notice? :rolleyes1
No one's going to point out that your dh's wearing the same pants. Unless you want me to do that.... :rotfl2: (hope you found that funny).

I am sick of shopping and yet I'm still debating buying ponchos. I just want to be on vacation already! IS IT TIME YET? :hourglass popcorn::

You should make Logan clean.

I agree, if they want this vacation make 'em help out. At least have them clean their own rooms. just my 2 cents. Make them feel guilty for not helping for all its worth. :smooth:

Yeah, I keep trying that. I haven't been too successful thus far. I am hoping tomorrow will be a day of getting stuff together to pack, and then some cleaning. Then again, I think that every day and so far, nothing...zip....NADA! All I can do is hope....

Last-Minute-Mary that I am, went out to find gas for my car and a couple of gas cans (in case, GOD forbid, we need to use our generator) and the first two stations I hit were totally out of gas. ) I finally found some at Sam's club, PHEW!

Geesh! Yikes! Zoikes! Aaaauuuggghhh! Grrrrrr! I'm glad you were able to get gas too. :thumbsup2

Evening everyone, Grandma paased away this morning 7:45 a.m. The funeral is scheduled for Friday. We could still go on Sat. at 6:00am but my bil and sil live in Virginia and are on their way here now and would need to leave immediately after the funeral to go back to catch their plane out of bwi on Sat am. We have not made a final decision but will do so by tomorrow.

Lisa and all others in Florida I hope Ernesto spares you any serious damage or harm!!! :sunny:
