I am doing a happy dance!!! I lost 2 more lbs this week. I am down 9 total. I want to lose 2-3 lbs more before we cruise. Now granted I will definitely gain 5-7 on the trip but I hope to lose it all again within two weeks of coming back. Rapid weight gain tends to come off quick for me.
I didn't reach my original goal to be 5lbs under my WW goal weight BUT I did have a great time this summer
I am within 2lbs of WW goal so if I can pull down 3 lbs I would be kinda under
I am definitely going to have to walk off this morning's donut although I didn't have my normal 4 point breakfast and I think that donut is 7 points so I am taking 3 points out of the 35 flex points.
I know I'm rambling....
