i'm so excited you don't even know! when i wrote the 14 on my board this morning... MAN! and then my best friend and her sister were here and they were like i want to go on that vacation with you... hehe... i even changed the wallpaper on my computer to a picture of me the last time i was at castaway cay! i was looking at all kinds of cruise pictures! i've started to think of what i'm taking with me!!

hello!

work was horrible. at least it was only 3 hours, but it was the longest most boring 3 hours of my entire life. i never thought it was going to end. i was doing a wine tasting. and there was no one in the store. even the people who work in the store were bored. they were joking that we should start playing poker. and i burned my arm on the tailpipe of my car. my skins lost another preseason game. yesterday was less than thrilling. today was a little better... went to the movies. then i cleaned a little (have to do some more in a bit, taking a break). i also made out my marathon training schedule... whew!

oh my! It sounds like one of those things that is funny now that you're okay, but STILL! Yikes. Could have been a lot worse. Glad you're okay.

And glad that Rink is okay too, survived the hair cut and all.... dogs look so funny when they get their summer buzz cuts, so cute and fuzzy, just like a puppy again! My dog has short hair so I don't have to worry about it, but I see a lot of dogs at the dog park, usually their heads are all big and furry and then their body is all short and fuzzy, pretty darn cute!

I was shaking for awhile after. I kept yelling for Michael and he was like "I'm busy" and I was like "I DONT CARE, GET OVER HERE OR I'LL THROW YOU OVERBOARD!" ...my leg realllly hurt and it was twisted in a really weird way but I didn't want to move because then the TV would have smashed. If he'd made me wait any longer I'd of started screaming profanities the customers would have heard!

Of course, Alex did not help..

Yes, Rink's funny looking. I can never trim his face as much as I can the rest of him.. and his legs are tough, too.

You said you had got your Cruise documents, but Haley's name was on the booklet and not yours.... was her name on all of the luggage tags also?

My name was on the booklet, and the luggage tags, and my sister's name was on the second set of tags as if she were my daughter or something its hysterical. She's not quite so amused.

of course, thats not so bad because Disney had her listed as a male for quite a while

I've been trying to find where we've had a discussion about pirate night. What was the consensus on that? Will many be dressing piratey?

I will be decked out in pirate gear. (aka...yes...I will be dressing very piratey! )

(But I think you can actually buy extra sets from the bakeries that sell them! Believe it or not, when my boys were little, I had to buy doubles of every cake topper to avoid a scuffle! )

Holy crow! I think I woulda started swearing anyway. I have a lot of good qualities, but one thing I really need to work on is not cussin! I swear like a pirate..... ah ha ha, I mean sailor. I swear like a SAILOR, gheesh I think I have POTC on the brain!!!

I watch myself at work and around little kids and stuff, but every once in a while I slip.

A few years ago I was driving a van full of Special Olympics athletes off of a ferry and the car in front of me slammed on the brakes and I yelled "Oh blankety blank" but it wasn't blankety blank.... needless to say I had to apologize to everyone and then I made a big point of not getting dessert when the team went out to celebrate after the tourney.

Man, sometimes I hate having to set a good example

Great now I wanna go to DQ and get a blizzard! I sure hope they have a lot of mickey bars on the ship....

Well that's cool that your name is on all of the documentation. It would stink if you went and won the trip for everyone and then she had her name on the stuff and not you!

haha yeah, you're right it wouldn't be a HUGE deal but i would have been a little sad cause like you said, it is my cruise, i did win it. not that i had to do much, just sat and listened to the radio for an hour and a half and then made a phone call when they called out my name, but still.
