Disney Wonder Sept 3-7,2006 Part 2

Ooo same here! (As in your dad's mom right??) Yeah my Oma (German for Grandma) had a twin brother as well. I keep wondering where my twin is at!! It's only supposed to skip a generation!!:rotfl: I have a feeling one of us will pop out twins...I'd really love to have twins!!!:goodvibes (Girls of course.;) )

It carries through men to their daughters, supposedly. They can pass it to their sons but same thing- my brother won't HAVE twins, but he'll keep passing the gene. So your Oma would have passed it to your dad who couldn't have HAD twins but he would have passed the gene to each of you guys! Good luck!

We'd rather have a boy/girl so then Tom can go to the VA, snip snip and we can be done with it. :rotfl:

I keep getting $10 off a $10 purchase from JCPenny (I've gotten FIVE now!) and I'm using them buy baby clothes. Too cute! :flower3:

So far, so good :thumbsup2
I can't take a bath or go swimming for TWO WEEKS  Thanks goodness I can shower or I would go insane! I had to inform L that there can be no baby practice for those 2 weeks either. Sadly, we're missing half of my fertile time because of the surgery.....but hey, it could still happen this month.

I'm hoping I can time it so that I don't miss my friend's wedding next October on the Wonder! I'll be so bummed!

Eeeek! Two weeks is a long time (I think I remember something close to that with my surgery as well, though- but it was January in West Virginia, who wants to swim!?) I did miss baths... :sad1:
Just tell L that since you're missing half he better be prepared on Day 15 to get jiggy with it. Remind him- no hot tubs, mister! And no tight pants! (or are those myths?)
I assume you are charting and all that, to know when you are fertile? I didn't realize that Ovulation predictors were so prevalant until my friend and I were at Dollar Tree and THEY had them, too!

It's so exciting!!! You'll have to keep us updated, for sure! :yay:

Have some pixie dust! pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust:

Getting pregnant this month would have you due around August, yes?
Is her wedding early or late October? :)

Piecey, do you have other reception pictures to share? I'd love to see. How were your parents? Are they happy for you and Tom now?

I have more, I need to re-size them before I can post but I should get around to it sometime this weekend! :)
Our reception was on the river so we have some really nice shots on the balcony of the whole family. :)

They are overjoyed to become grandparents...
My father has decided he needs a new Jeep to celebrate the news and Mom isn't arguing so he's even happier! :rotfl:

O.k. ya'll, consider yourselves gobbled!

7 Easy Steps
Here are instructions for adding the turkey to your signature.
1. Right click on the turkey.
2. Select "Properties."
3. Highlight and then "copy" the address. This will start with http, and it has photobucket in it. It looks like the name of a website.
4. Go to User CP and select Edit Signature.
5. If you look above where the writing goes, you will find a small icon with a yellow mountain on it. Click on this.
6. "Paste" the address from Step 3. Click OK.
7. You will now see an IMG sign in your signature. When you save the changes, your signature will have a turkey dancing in it. Enjoy.

Remember to send this PM to other DIsers!

Her wedding is at the very end of October, so if we get pregnant THIS MONTH I could take the baby on the cruise. Otherwise, we have about a 6 month window where we can't go.....because infants have to be 12 weeks old to sail, and I can't be more than 6 months along.

I'm pretty good now with my cycle so I can tell when it's "time" - I have already informed him that he has to call in sick to work that week :rotfl:

I'll cross my fingers that your timing, babies timing and your friend's wedding timing works together perfectly!

That baby is going to be so lucky, Disney cruising from infancy on up! :rotfl:

I'm sure he won't mind calling in sick to work that week, right? :lmao: :woohoo:

Uh oh... I hope you mean the baby and not a pet, right???

I'm so excited-- Chelsey (remember my friend who had the baby while her hubby was in Iraq?)

She just got the call that he will be on base for her to pick him up at 5am!

She is so excited.
He was due in December but they let a few soldiers in his unit come home early and he was one of them!! :) :) :)

Yes, I remember you telling us about her :hyper: how exciting! If you get a chance, thank him for serving our country for me, will ya?

I love your niece's dress, it was sooo pretty, I'd want to wear it (if I could).

We are having beautiful weather here :sunny: This is just awesome. It's going to be sad when the good weather goes bye-bye :( .

Erica, how are you doin'?

Well we finally got our job offers! The last ones in the hospital! I will be going to Mercy Hospital's ER with a 7% pay raise retro active to Oct 12th, 2008! We are suppose to move July 1 st but I think it will be sooner! They have already told 5 doctors to start admitting to Mercy and as of the 1st of the year those doctors wont be aloud to admit to Southside. Also they are closing the med surg unit! I think we will be totally close very soon!
I can now add level 1 trauma nurse to me resume!
