Disney Wonder Sept 3-7,2006 Part 2

So we FINALLY got rock band (and ALL the parts...weve had the game for awhile because Holly thought our guitar hero guitars would work but they didnt). Well...like I said I would play the drums but ACK!! I mean...they're simple enough...but sometimes I'll hit the drum, but it'll say i didn't which just makes me MAD!!:furious: :rotfl: And then I remembered Vicki (and Erica, right?) saying how challenging the foot pedal was so I was all scared and thought it was pretty simple til AHHHHHH...there's a note along WITH the foot pedal!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl2:
It was just Holly and I and seeing as how she had the guitar and I was drums...we didn't bother with a singer.:p :rotfl2: At one point I told her to pick up the mic and start singing so she said maybe i should do both!:p :lmao:

I tried drumming and singing the other day! Harder than you would think.....
Isn't it a hoot? We got the noise-reduction pads from the Rock Band store (online) and it helps with the noise. I LOVE drumming. Singing is fun too - downloaded Blondie and it was like living my childhood dream!

TaeJa - it is for the Wii or XBox 360 :goodvibes

So I realize I run here when the going gets tough and I've got a lot on my mind but I also realize that is probably because it's easy to be honest with you guys, where I don't really have that in my day-to-day life... so when stuff is filling and overflowing in my head this is where I go.

Anyone here get false negative pregnancy tests before? :confused3

For the last 3 1/2 weeks I've had my mind full of "What if?" and "Oh crap" because I don't have insurance anymore and with birth control the lovely lady friend has always been like clockwork...

Can't help you with Q's about pregnancy tests as they did not have them "in MY day". for you though.

One of the good things about this forum is that people do share honestly and can vent and then deal with the real world wherever they live. That is a value of women friends. I hope some day you can find a friend or two like that who are nearby.

We are fine. Enjoyed our Panama Canal cruise in May. Booked a 7 day Eastern in 2009 for us and our kids. Looking forward to that too.

It is possible to get false negative but I think the tests they have out now are more reliable.

I cant remember if I told you that Amanda and I were taking French 1. We finished Monday and had a dinner with the class at a French Restaurant-Le Pommier. It was reallly good!!!!!! We are going to take French 2 which starts in Sept. We have to miss the first class because we have tickets to Wicked.

32 more days till our cruise!!!!! Wish you guys were going to be there.:grouphug:

I thought it would be quite a stretch, especially with the birth control. Just don't understand what could have me this screwed up. Guess I gotta suck it up and pay the outrageous fees for the noninsured and make sure it's not smoething serious. :headache:

In other news, Rink is ADORABLE!

I've never gotten a false test result. Vicki is right, prego tests are so accurate these days that well.... keep praying your late. When did you take the test? I'm guessing 3 1/2 weeks ago. The chances are still there.

I've been telling myself that for YEARS :upsidedow

Oh Vicki- you are soooo lucky! Tell us, what do you have planned? Which rotation? Did you make door signs? Are you going to play DIS tag again? Details, details :hyper:

Lisa, I hope all is well with you.

I hope every one enjoyed their weekend :goodvibes
