Disney Wonder May 25th, 2008 Double-Dippers check in here

Okay, Stephen, I guess you are the last to leave. I thought we were. We leave on a 10 a.m. flight tomorrow and I am not done packing!! I got our alien green Mickeys at Home Depot - they are smaller than I thought, but we will have them either on us or on our carry-on bags. Hoping everyone has a safe and pleasant trip - see you all at the port. Bon voyage!:cheer2:

Just finished packing :cheer2: Our flight leaves at 11:25 tomorrow - hope to see everyone Sunday!

We are in Jacksonville tonight and leaving at 7:00 am to PC! Our first cruise!! Both our DS keep saying "I just can't believe we are going on a cruise tomorrow!" :)

Hi all!! Okay only saw 3 families, where were the rest of you??!!!

Saw Niecyb while in line to get pagers for the little ones in the terminal, but I never saw you again.

Saw TheM&Mboys also at the terminal, but never saw you again.

Saw mmmagic7754 in the terminal, on the ship, in the dining rooms, shutters, in the halls, on Castaway Cay and on and on and on....... Oh and also at Animal Kingdom a few days later. It was funny how we ran into you all over the place. We promise we weren't stalking you!:goodvibes

Keith, Amanda and Lyle, it was nice meeting you all and we enjoyed talking to you and learning about your family and life. Also, thank you for all of your advice onboard and about the parks. You are a lovely family.

We got home late last night, survived the trip and can't wait to do it again. We are gonna do a 7 day next time. Not enough down time on the 4 day cruise. I thought I would sit on deck with a drink and read to my hearts content - I think I read a total of 16 pages the entire cruise. Both kids never even made it to the kids club or the teen club. Just too much to do on and off the ship.

Favorite restaurants- Palo at sunset, then Tritons. Didn't care too much for Parrot Cay, but that was the rough sailing night, the first night so I might be biased because ds got seasick. Bonine and sea bands worked, thankfully. Animator's Pallette was also nice. Ate nightly with another lovely family from Missouri whose daughter was the same age as our son. They got a long great.

Castaway Cay was great. Never got to relax much. Ds is very active and we did it all - snorkeling, biking, swimming, building sand castles, played in the sports cabana, volleyball (beat Clayton - yoohoo!). Whew.

Nassau - enjoyed the Blackbead Cay sting ray trip. Didn't care much for Nassau - only spent about 30 mins shopping.

Had a blast at the sail away party and at the Pirate Party! Loved all the shows, but the ventriloquist was my kids favorite. I have never seen them laugh so much. I got teary eyed the last night at Dreams. I am such a sucker for nostalgia.

Getting off the ship and on our bus to WDW was a dream - easy as pie. Our first trip to WDW was great (and exhausting)but that is another story for another place.

Anyone else have thoughts on this cruise?? Did anyothers find one another?

Terri
