I see some of you will be meeting on the shuttle to the port. We're driving from POFQ to the port. Does anyone want to do a meet onboard? I've never cruised before, so I don't know a good place to meet up. Anyone else?

Well, it is my turn to open my present. Cruise docs have arrived via UPS. It may have came yesterday. I was at the fire station, so I'm not sure. Since everything is done on the computer now. There was nothing to be surprised about, other than luggage tags and many reminders. However, it is something to keep you excited and letting you know it is getting closer.

Congrats to those who have gotten their documents!! DH and DSS's docs arrived yesterday afternoon so we are all set with that! Now we just have to wait for May 25th to get here...

Our travel agent said she will get our docs and then fedex them to us....I can't wait much longer!

I've already got 90% of DD's wardrobe packed. Before we go to Disney, I like to buy a bunch of T-shirts at the Disney Store for her. But I am having a real problem finding a nice dress for me...the problem is I've lost 50 pounds over the past three years, so I'm no longer "morbidly obese." I fit in a size 14 finally (no more Lane Bryant!), but I still *hate* the way my arms look in a sleeveless dress. It's so frustrating. This is the first time probably in ten years I'm going to let my picture be taken during a vacation, I want to look nice!

I've lost 50 pounds over the past three years

Congratulations!! What an accomplishment. I hope that you find the perfect dress for your new body.

I am "trying" to pack. Right now, I have snorkel sets, sand toys, sea sick meds, along with alot of other things all over my bedroom. It's like a maze to get to our closets. Since we will be in Orlando 2 days before and 3 days after the cruise, I'm trying to pack accordingly, without overpacking. For me, though, that is impossible.

Wow Jen, congratulations!! I wish I could say the same for myself. I was going to start dieting for the cruise in January and now it is almost May and I think I have gained 5 lbs.!!

We are still waiting for our cruise docs. I called our travel agent today and got her voice mail. She is out of town until tomorrow. Our cruise docs are probably sitting on her desk right now.

We can't wait to meet all of you!!

I was just thinking the same thing...I've just started to get some stuff together and make a packing list. I think I need to go shopping for shorts and t shirts tomorrow!! Any suggestions for car activities for a 4.5 year old beside movies?

Good grief! I got my Walt Disneyworld Documents for our stay at the Wilderness Lodge for after the cruise. I got those docs over a week ago. This morning I called my travel agent worried about the cruise docs and she admitted that she has had them for a week now! Ugh. I only live 1 1/2 miles away. She said she had something she was preparing for the kids and wanted that to be finished before I pick up the docs. I unfortunately had some pre-cancer cells burned off my face this a.m. and am looking ghastly, so called my dh and he is gonna stop after work to pick them up in about an hour. Now, what could they be preparing for my kids? I would have preferred to be called last week to come get them. Geez, I live like 2 mins away. I was getting real worried. Okay, breathe......

Nezgrrl - Congrats on the weight loss! Well, I am a size 14, freckled ghost, redhead with burned (liquid nitrogen) spots on my face (which my derm said would heal by the cruise) and I am wearing sundresses, tanks, etc. I feel that if people don't like what I look like, then it is their problem. So buy a cute sundress and some tank tops. I will be there with my arm wings as well!

We are about finished shopping for clothing for us all. My teen daughter want's another swim suit and some more flops. I need to buy the seasick meds, more sunscreen, a new camera, etc. As I have aged (not telling) I find I need my readers to see the LCD screen on my digital camera. So as to not have to carry the reading glasses around to take pics, I spent the afternoon researching camera's online and in yesterday's ads and am thinking about a Sony that has a 3.5 inch touch screen. Anyone have this or tried it?

Oh and yes, we are gonna try to be at the terminal early as well. Hopefully the bus from the airport will get us there early.

Another thought. I love to read and am bringing along a couple of paperbacks. Hubby and kids too. I go though books like candy and am afraid I'll end up with nothing to read by day 3. I found out a few paperbacks are available for purchase at one of the shops, but selection is limited. Would anyone be interested in a book swap while on the ship? And if so, any ideas how we could work it out? I have no problem swapping a paperback I've read, but you may not be interested in my book, or me in yours. How to do it? Just an idea to float around.
