Yes I saw that it had special menus, but it didn't say anything besides if it was pirate night. I was hoping for more details like whoever sailed on Panama cruises recently since they had a 14 day cruise.
I did sail on the Panama Canal cruise.
These were the menus for the WBPC:
They started off with the Let the Magic Begin menu in all the dining rooms, and then cycled once through each of the traditional rotational dining menus. After once through, they spiced it up with some lesser seen menus (plus the Pirates menu) for several nights before going once more through each of the more traditional rotational menus to end it.
This was our rotation:
Let the Magic Begin (Tiana's)
Triton's (Tritons)
Animator's Palate (Animator's)
Prince and Princess (Tiana's)
* Seasons (Tritons)
* Vista (Animator's)
* Panama Canal (Tiana's)
* Land and Sea (Tritons)
Pirates (Animator's)
* Freezing the Night Away (Tiana's)
* World of Flavour (Tritons)
Animation Magic (Animator's)
Mardi Gras (Tiana's)
Captian's Gala (Tritons)
There was not any special entertainment in the MDRs aside from what is normally associated with them. AP had its two shows, Tiana's had its two. Triton's had some character walk throughs. The rest of the nights it was just a quiet dinner. We were lucky enough to be in Animator's on Pirate night and they do play pirate themed animation on the screens, but it was not a show at all.
There were 3 different Frozen events on board. 1) Frozen the musical 2) The Frozen Dinner Menu night and 3) the Frozen Deck Party. All three were on different nights for some reason, I guess to spread it out. The Frozen show was early in the voyage. The Freezing the Night Away deck party was later, and the Freezing the Night Away menu was later still. I don't think anyone got two of the Frozen events on the same night. The Pirate night deck party
was on the same night as the Pirate Night Menu.
I'm crossing my fingers for the Hawaii cruises to bring back the Makahiki menu, the E Komo Mai Menu and the Aloha Hawaii menu.
