I just posted about wanting to start a FE group for our cruise. Is there anyway you can make it "stick" to the top so that when anyone clicks on our cruise date it comes up first? Might get more people if they don't have to scroll through 2 pages.

No, only moderators can make stickys.

You don't need to post multiple time with the same message. It just makes the thread longer.

Why are you still posting this?

As to the "needing to wade though 2 pages to get to the end", everytime someone returns to a previously read thread, when they click to open it it will take them to where they left off the last time they were there. So frequent readers will always be picking up the thread close to the end.
