Open a royal bank account and get the RBC Visa Debit card, works online for many things, including making payments on the WDW sites. We use it to make our cruise payment (we do so biweekly, order our tickets. The money comes directly out of your bank account like your debit card. there is no credit checks etc. We use this as it has a better exchange rate than our credit card.

I have used our TD debit VISA to pay for our trips. It works as a visa in the states and we have never not been able to use it. (Except to take out cash at a machine, the machine needs to have a gold dollar sign on it). Then the money just comes out of your account. It's very handy.
