Disney Wish granting foundations?

Does anyone know of any wish-granting foundations, for non-life threatening illness, that will work with Canadians?

I just ran across an old post that mentions Children's Wish Foundation had extended their criteria to children with life-long disabilities. The poster's location is listed as Canadian. I cannot vouch for the organization itself or whether that info is accurate.
