Hopefully its stragglers being seated... I'm surprised and yet this is also perfectly in line with things so far.

Honestly its like being at work with our all agency meetings always being pushed back 15 minutes at the last minute. They totally just cut off that "Its almost time! We ca..." so maybe its not almost time.
