Found this on an eBay auction for one -

Made from high grade rubber/plastic, very good durable quality, gift case, Seiko movement, 8.5”L x 1 3/8”W x 5/16”D, face is 1 3/8” diameter, fits wrists 5.5” to 8” (from child to man size).
