Disney Visa

Hi Gang,

Just recieved my new Disney Visa in the Mail Today. Called up Chase and had it activated.

About 5 Minutes ago went to make a purchase and it was declined.

What should I do?

We have 2 cards authorized on this account, and I'm using the 2nd card. -- Both have the same card number exp date and security code so I don't know what the problem is.

Somewhere on the card there is a toll-free customer service number. Call it and ask why you can't use your card.
