I had a Disney Visa since day one. That cc# was stolen, the account closed and I was sent a new cc with new # in the end of Dec or beginning of Jan. I also received the offer to sign up for a new card for the 7/4 deal. Do you think my new card would be new enough to be eligible for the deal?
