Disney Visa Rewards

Does anyone know if I wanted to transfer my Disney Visa Rewards for someone else to use if that is possible?

Yes, it is possible once you've transferred those rewards onto a rewards card. The rewards card itself looks just like any other giftcard...no name on the front to ID the original purchaser/owner. There is a signature line on the back like you would find on a credit card. Just order the rewards card from Chase, load it up and then give the card to whomever you please. The only drawback I see is that they will not be able to reload it with rewards dollars from their own account if they have one.
