Disney Visa Rewards

Has any one used their rewards through the catalog? I was told when I signed up for the card, I could use them with the catalog, but the person at Bank One said they can only be used at the stores or at the resorts.

Any one received any yet?
What form do they come in?

The first person I talked to, didn't have a clue!!

I called back and I can use the rewards for the catalog. I had my rewards changed from the store (it's 2 hours away) to the catalog.
