Disney Visa Rewards

My name is Stacy, and I am a procrastinator.

We leave for Disney in two days and I forgot to send away for my $150 rewards dollars I got for signing up for the card. Someone mentioned at some point on this board that you can get the rewards at some booth in the park (wasn't paying too much attention at the time because I planned on sending away for it with plenty of time to spare).

Anyone know anything about this? (Where the booth is, How long it takes, etc)

I went to City Hall at the Magic Kingdom (I believe that was guest services). It took about five minutes for me to receive my card. I believe guest services at the parks would be able to help you.

We got ours in DTD. We just popped into Guest Services. They had envelopes ready and just handed us one. It took all of 2 minutes (if that). The phone call to activate it took longer (and that was maybe 5 minutes). They make it pretty easy.

The PP is right - guest services at any park can give you the rewards card and put you on the phone with Chase so they can activate it. It's quick and painless

Side question- How long did it take for the $150. to show up on your account?

should be instantly. I just added points to mine tonight for our trip next week. Make sure that you check to see when your card expires. Most of the reward cards are only good for 12 months. Chase told me tonight that if I needed/wanted a new card I could get one while I'm there from "Customer Service near where you buy tickets"

Yes, I totally recommend just having a card "on hand" at home! We found it handy to load points on a card for a quick impromptu visit once. BUT keep in mind the expiration date on the points card!

This last Oct. I stopped at guest services at MK before I entered the park and got a card and called and activated the card that night when I got back to the resort and used it the next day. Super easy! Have a Magical trip!
