Disney Visa reward cards?

I know this has been posted several times but I didn't see a response to one recently so please forgive me for asking again. I am leaving for the world on Nov. 11th. I just ordered tickets and a few other items using my card and will be adding a few things on it as well over the next week or two. My next billing cycle begins, I believe, beginning of November. Generally how long does it take to your rewards card in the mail after you order it (5 days, 2 weeks, etc.)? I would love to be able to order it Nov. 2nd and get it by Nov. 8th or 9th but don't know if that is possible.

Don't order it. Go to Guest Services at DTD and they'll give you the card and you use the phone there to have the points transferred immediately. The guy told me that on the phone, so I tried it and it worked beautifully!

Is there any other place to do the transer like this besides DTD? TIA!

OMG, thanks Aurora. That was one fast response. As stated by Westcliff can this be done at any other Guest Services venue?

I'd call the number on the card and ask. They're who told me I could do it there, so I bet they'd know! I almost never check this board, just happened upon it tonight...and checked my email before signing off so I knew you'd checked!
