Disney Visa problem need some help please..

Last week I had called with a question about our Visa at that time I was told I should have had our new cards by now. (Note to add that I have not been recieving all my mail but have been getting everyone elses in the neighborhood this past week.) I told the lady I did not get them. She then told me that if I didn't get them by the time I left that the ones that we have now woudl stop working during our trip. :confused3 Any how she said she was going to send them out UPS and I should get them by this past Monday and to call if I didn't get them. Well I didn't and I called and was again told that I would get them on Tuesday he seen where they had been shipped ups and that Yes indeed the cards I had would stop working during our trip. Still :confused3 ! So yesterday I still did not get them I call back and I was told the same thing again and that they would be sent out express so that I would get them before we leave Friday. He told me to call back today for a tracking #. I did. I spoke to a nice lady who told me that she didn't see where I was ever sent anything UPS and that they Would not expire not to worry. She wouldn't even look to see about the treacking numer just acted anoyed with me. I asked her why three others would tell me one thing and her another. I don't know what to do. We will be gone for over 2 weeks in all and I dont' want my card to stop working. Yes I have other cards but we always use our Disney Visa and now I am just mad because they can not get the story together. Everyoen was so nice and told me they were sorry except today. What would you do?? Should I even bother to call back? :earseek:
 
I personally would be very concerned about the fact that there are now multiple cards out there that you do not have in your posession. I would start watching your statements online really close right now too. Hope you get some answers soon!

Trust me I am! I am also upset that they will be at the post office on hold if anything comes while we are gone. I have never had a problem with our Disney Visa but they are so quick to send out cards. I asked them not to send them if I didn't need or if I wasn't going to get them I was told that is why they woudl send them UPS express. I told them I wouldn't be here. after Friday. I am so flusterd (sp?)

I check online daily if not more. I keep it paid off every month too. I will be out of town for two weeks and I will not be able to check.

The reason why you're getting new cards might help someone tell you if they old ones will work or not. Are they expired or did you just order the new design or some other reason? I just got new ones for security reasons (suspicious activity) so the number changed and the old ones were canceled before they even sent the new ones. I was told the new ones would be here friday and they were, shipped UPS overnight and arrived right on time.

The best way to handle your problem is to call them and ask to speak to a manager as soon as you get someone on the line. You should get someone who knows what they're doing and will help you with your problem that way, I've done it before.

I agree, in the past I have worked for a Credit Card Company (Capital One) and we would send them out by UPS or FeD Ex. If you didn;t get them, please ask to speak to a Sup. Or Manager, to find out just what is going on. Now I know for a fact that it can take up to 3 days to produce the new cards, depending on what time you made the request.

The only reason I was given was because of the change in the Bank One/Chase logo on the card. :confused3 Our cards expire at the end of next year so that is not the reason. I just can not understand any of it to be honest. Why bother to send me new cards or tell me you are if your not or I really don't need them in the first place.

The very first Person I talked to was when they sent out the info on the New designs about 3 weeks back. I called to order the new ones and was told at that time I should have already had the Pixi Dust ones and I didn't. She told me to give it a week more and I did. I only called because I was afraid someoned else got my cards. That is when I was first told my current ones would stop working.

They about made me crazy this week too. I'm trying to get my sign-on rewards before we leave TODAY :Pinkbounc Though I'm excited about leaving, we still have not received the rewards. I would call one time and they would say they could not send it and sent a letter instead saying they would did not send them out until 2 billing cycles have gone by. Then when I'd call again someone said oh yes we sent it out the rewards last week. Then when I called back to say I haven't gotten the rewards they would tell me I "don't have it in the system" that they never sent them (a little snotty, I might add). Then when I called back AGAIN...there it was in the system that they had sent the rewards. BUT this time, they said they sent the rewards, but that I can't use them until June!!! We are going for Memorial Wkend! We'll be back by them!!! :sad2: I have been told about 4 different stories....I'm frustrated over the whole thing! Evidently, they have at least 2 systems going that are NOT tied together....I don't know who to complain to! :crazy:
